Terms of Use & Conditions

This is a legal agreement between Customer/Users and Maven Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Its website www.maventechsolutions.com , Web App (live.trackmantra.com) / Mobile App (Track MantraTM), its other brands (DecoraCraftTM) and other affliates for the use of our products/services,Web/Mobile Apps or any softwares. By using our products/services, Web/Mobile Apps or our softwares, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If Customer does not agree to this agreement,Customer may not use products/services,Web/Mobile Apps or any softwares.

Definitions

Products/Services, Web/Mobile Apps or Our Softwares - means the specific products/services, Web/Mobile App, Other Software, GPS Software Subscription ( IOT/M2M SIM, Server charges, Web & Mobile App Charges) are own and managed by Maven Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Update - means a revision or patch that improves the functionality of the said Products/Services/Softwares, and may contain new features or enhancements.

Software License

Maven Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. grants to Customer a time limited access to our products/services, Web/Mobile App, Other Software, GPS Software Subscription ( IOT/M2M SIM, Server, Web & Mobile App Access is non-assignable, non-transferable, without the right to sub-license.

Documentation License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, Maven Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. grants to Customer a non-assignable, non-transferable license, without the right to sub-license, to use the Documentation in connection with Customer’s authorized use of our Web/Mobile App, Other Softwares. Customer may not reproduce or distribute the Documentation in any manner, whether physically or electronically, without the express written permission of Maven Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Ownership

All the Products/Services/Software and source codes belong to Maven Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Source code files are not provided

Up-time

Maven Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. guarantees 99.99% server up-time. This excludes scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, DDoS attacks, force majeure and hardware failures.

Warranty

Our equipments are warranted against manufacturing defects only, for the specified period mentioned in the invoice which will be effective from the date of supply. Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and not defects arising out of normal wear and tear, misuse or wrong usage, etc. all or any of which could render our warranty null and void.

It means that warranty covered under normal usages of the product and it will not be covered if the product will be found physically damaged, cutting or alteration of wiring of the device connected with the power source or any other wrong usages of the product warranty will be void and extra charges will be applicable as per actual basis. After the warranty period, you have the option of entering into Annual Maintenance Contract or get it repaired on per call charge basis.

Online Customer Support

Maven Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. offers online support to you without charge over the telephone for life time regarding the device, except for any third party’s software products in accordance with the current terms and conditions set by Maven Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Hardware/ Software Re-Installation Charges

During the time of purchase of the Product, installation charges are generally included in the Device Cost OR As per quotation / Bill/ Estimates shared with the customer, after that if the Hardware/Software re installed then there will be reinstallation charges + GST as per applicable as per installation and per hardware basis.

Technical Support

Maven Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. agrees to provide Customer with technical support services which include periodic distribution of bug fixes and minor enhancements as Updates. Technical support e-mail inquiries are accepted at any time and will be answered during normal business hours. Our support team will attempt to respond inquiries within 12 hours for requests from Monday to Friday and for requests received during the weekend, we will respond within 24 hours or the following Monday.

Updates

All Software updates will be installed automatically after they will be released without any extra fee.
